Returns
We want you to be happy with your products and will work with you if you need to make exchanges or a return. Please contact us before shipping items back for returns so we can assist you with the process. carissa@weewilliewinks.com
We will accept unused, unwashed new items for return within 14 days of the delivered date. Upon receiving the returned items and verifying that they are in new condition, you will be refunded your purchase price (minus shipping charges) in the same manner in which you paid. If you’d like to make a return past 14 days, store credit will be given up to 30 days from the delivered date. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the items you would like to return were out-of-stock or special order items, they may not be eligible for return and/or you may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have questions on a particular item.
Before shipping your item, please contact us to verify that it is eligible for return or exchange. Please ship using USPS with delivery confirmation and/or tracking and insure your items. We cannot be responsible for returns lost due to shipping errors. Again, please insure your return shipping.
A note about returning diapers:
We know you are excited to use your new diapers but please try them on your little one before washing to ensure proper fit. Once they are washed, they are used and do not fall within our return policy as stated above.
